Textual analysis of Sight and Sound

Sight and sound is a British monthly magazine which is published by the British Film Institute. It was first published in 1932, as you can tell it is a very old magazine and has customer loyalty from many years back.
In 1991 it merged with another BFI publication, the Monthly Film Bulletin, and started to appear monthly.
Since it has been going on from such a long time a lot of the readers have a different perception and expectation from a film magazine.

Sight and sound magazines are a very different type of film magazines which vary from the ordinary. The audience they aim at are also different as we can see from this issue. It is a serious type magazine and they at an older audience and you can see this by just looking at the cover.
